What’s the best city to live in on the East Coast?

Looking for low crime, pretty cheap cost of living, nice weather.(would prefer all 4 seasons, but a mild winter.) Sports teams in the area as well, somewhat decent night life with different restaurants. The Cities I was looking at are, NYC but pretty expensive, Charlotte, Raliegh, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay/ St. Pete’s, West Palm Beach. If you know of any suburbs as well outside of these cities that meet the requirements that will great as well, but if you could just rank what you would say the Top 3 would be from experience. Thanks.
I Live in upstate NY right now, and I can’t stand Albany. I’m a big Hockey fan, and it’s a pitty to go to an AHL game in a decent size city and see only 5,000 people show up to an arena that seats 16,000. I am also from NYC so I know how that is as well. Was looking into Charlotte or Florida, since it is cheaper in the housing aspects. and some cities have decent sports teams.

u dont wanna live in florida…. new york has awesome baseball and football but it gets kinda cold
but it also gets mad hot in the summer and brooklyn is cheaper than manhattan but almost as cool and its a short commute
