Where to enjoy fine dining in the greater Tampa area?

My wife and I are looking for a good restaurant in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area. We would like to find a restaurant serving “Top Chef” type food (dinner). Price is not really an issue, we want a high quality meal, with a high quality experience.

Bern’s steak house on S. Howard Ave in Tampa is always rated the highest in any surveys of the Tampa Bay area. They serve the finest steaks with their home grown organic vegetables and salad included in the dinner. They also have the freshest seafood because they keep it in their own tanks until someone orders it. They have the largest wine cellar in the US and it is world famous. It is also relatively reasonable because your soup, salad and vegetables are included with the entree. No $6 extra charge for a baked potato. Their waiters train with them for a full year before they are allowed to become waiters so they have the best service in Tampa.
