I was on craigslist, searching for an iphone 3g and came across one so i emailed the guy and he got back to me saying this”Hello there!, I’ve moved to Tampa, Florida to start my new job as a Teen Counselor. I am accepting paypal. You can leave the shipping fees to me and it will be shipped using USPS Parcel Post,which is less than one week for it to get to you. Please reply before sending payment so I can provide you with more details. Thanks!” so he was selling it for 140 and he sent me pictures and even sent me his phone number and i did get to speak with him.Also he is certified in paypal. I made the payment friday and he shipped it friday the dec18 and today monday the dec21 i did not receive it yet. he also gave me a tracking number that was too long. i tried calling him but i got a message saying that the phone line was disconnected or discontinued. Now if i dont revive the item can i get the refund form his paypal?

You will have to call paypal and file a dispute. Most likely paypal will go in your favor.
