What is a good specialty food product found in the Tampa Bay area or Florida?

I am getting married this December and would like to give my guests something that can only be found in Florida as a party favor. Citrus would be the obvious choice, but I don’t really want to send everyone home with oranges.

There is an interesting winery in Plant City just outside Tampa named Keel and Curley. They make fruit wines. Their semi-sweet blueberry wine is really good. You could also do a citrus product. My cousin was married in Florida last year and she sent everyone home with orange marmalade. Citrus candies might be good. In a lot of stores around FL, I saw Key Lime Cookies (or cookie mix) and Key Limeade Mix. Check out the sites below for ideas
