ticket master?

i ordered tickets for sound amphitheatre in west palm beach florida for aerosmith and motley crew on nov. 24th.2006. arrived and was excited to be taking my son to first concert as part of his christmas. big proublem!!!! the tickets were for nov. 22nd. at ford amphitheatre in tampa florida. what can i do? i know its over and done with but $150 is alot of money in my life and my son was very upset.no one at concert sale would even try to help except to try and sell me more tickets. i know now, to always read tickets the minute i recieve them. the tickets even said i phoned in the request and i did them on my computer. please help!!!

Well, if Iwere you, I would call them and explain to them, chances are though they won’t do anything. Sorry! I’ll tell ya why. Because my dad and I had tickets last November to Jethro Tull, and it was a terrible blizzard! We could not make it and called and asked if there was anything they could do, they said no. So sorry for you, hopefully they will try to help you though!
