This idea is called ‘Over Arrest”
It stars Steve Carrell and Vince Vaughn.
Anyways, Bradley Simms(Carrell) and Dwayne Volvo(Vaugn) are two best buds and current roommates in Clearwater,FL. Simms works as a manager at a local Subway and Volvo works as a beauty pagent judge. However times get tough, and the two are fired from their respective jobs. Not knowing what to do, they start to wonder some more. Meanwhile, the local police force is forced to sent the entire squad to Tampa because of a mass crime mob incident. With no guys on the local squad, crime rates increase heavily. With no choice, the mayor holds a tryout to fulfil the extra spots. Also with no choice, bradley and dwanye decide to tryout. Things get crazy!
