What do I wear in 70 degree weather?

Im from Chicago where its 10 degrees and snowing right now and Im flying to Tampa, FL tomorrow. Its supposed to be about 70 degree each day. I dont remember how 70 feels and dont know what to pack…its not swimsuit-laying-on-the-beach weather, right? Is it capri’s and t-shirts? I dont think its shorts and tank top weather, but gosh, it could be. Maybe its jeans and t-shirt weather? I also tend to be a little on the cold side…what should I pack?

well i am from middle east, whic it is almost 50 deg.C., in the summer time.
so we wear mostly the white colors, it reflects the sun shine.
