I for one am glad they are changing things up. The defense was getting old and it was bound to happen, plus Gruden sucked as a coach. After the Bucs went from first in the NFC South to losing their last 4 games and not making the playoffs last year…was it time to restructure?

I like it. It will take them some time to be a power house in the league.
