Packing List… Please Help?

I am a terrible packer. I always forget to bring something and wind up leaving something at the hotel. I’m going on a five night/6 day vacation to orlando fl. 3 days will be spent in disney and 2 will be spent in the Tampa Bay area. I am 14 years old. Please put together a detailed packing list so I don’t forget anything! I will be doing a good bit of walking and will also need a couple changes of more upscale clothes. THANKS!

At least 6 pairs of pants to wear out(3 causual)
2 pairs of lounge pants
6 shirts to wear out(3 causal)
A couple belts
Tooth brush/tooth paste
Hair brush
3 pairs or more of shoes
Changes of underwear
9 pairs of socks( if you don’t do laundry)
Ipod/Mp3 player/Charger
Cell Phone( if you have one) AND THE CHARGER! ( haha)
Camera( if you have one)
Any face wash or prescriptions you may use
Retainer if you have one
Deoderant
Perfume/ Colonge
Any Jewlery you may have that you want to wear
Books if you like to read
Bathing Suit ( if you go swimming)
Suntan Lotion
