What part of the Tampa Bay should I live in?

I am moving to the Tampa Bay Area from Los Angeles from here. I went to college in Florida and miss it there, and the cheap rent there. I am 24 years old. What is the best town/neighborhood for me to live? I own an apparel company and will be having my offices either in the downtown of Tampa or Ybor City.

How are these areas with the commute to those two previously mentioned areas?

Hyde Park- Expensive I know, is it worth it?
Clearwater- My grandparents used to live here
Seminole heights
Tampa heights
Belle Air

From what I have heard they are all good and its a really nice place to live. Go look at some properties and schools and see what you like the best..after all you will be the one living there
